Kathi Young has been with the BPS team for over 30 years. Specifically, with over 30 years of experience in retirement plan administration, Kathi brings expertise and dedication to the field of employee benefits. She has successfully managed a wide range of defined contribution plans as well as serving as mentor and leader to our team of Pension Administrators. Kathi works closely with clients to optimize plan operations, support fiduciary responsibilities, and promote long-term retirement readiness for plan participants.
